T65 first conversation — warm referral
For T65s referred by a family member, CPA, or existing client.
Social proof. Lead with WHO sent you, not what you sell. The referral source is your trust shortcut — use it twice.
First call to a T65 you were referred to. Within 24 hours of getting the name.
Hi, is this {{client_first}}? Hi {{client_first}}, this is {{agent_name}} from {{agency}}. [Referrer's name] asked me to give you a call — they mentioned you've got Medicare coming up and wanted to make sure you had somebody who'd actually walk you through it.
I'm not calling to sell you anything today. I help people figure out which Medicare path fits — Original Medicare plus a supplement, or a Medicare Advantage plan — based on your doctors, your prescriptions, and how you like to use insurance.
Could we put 30 minutes on the calendar? You don't need to decide anything on the call. By the end you'll just know your options.Placeholders to replace
