Authority + reciprocity. You've already served them — anchor on the relationship before the offer. Frame the review as something you do FOR them, not TO them.

Hi {{client_first}}, this is {{agent_name}} from {{agency}} — your Medicare advisor. Do you have about 90 seconds?
Every year around this time I personally check in with the people I help, because plan benefits and costs change for {{plan_year}} — sometimes a lot. There's nothing wrong with your current plan, this is just the once-a-year window I have to look.
I'd love to put 20 minutes on the calendar to compare what you have today against what's available for {{plan_year}}. If you're still on the best fit, I'll tell you and you keep what you have. If something fits better, you decide. Either way you'll know.
Does earlier in the week or later work better for you?Placeholders to replace
