2. By Using the Tools You Agree We Are Not Liable

3. AI-Generated Content May Be Inaccurate
GoAEP uses third-party AI models — among others — to draft text, generate images, suggest content, and produce personalized strategy reports. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or factually wrong ("hallucinated"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness of any AI-generated material. You must independently verify every AI-generated output before publishing, sending, or relying on it.
4. CMS, MCMG, TCPA & State Compliance Is Your Responsibility
Medicare marketing and communication are regulated by CMS (including the Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines), the TCPA, state insurance departments, and your carrier/upline rules. GoAEP content describes general best practices and does not guarantee compliance with any specific rule. You are responsible for:
- Obtaining and documenting valid Scope of Appointment (SOA) before sales presentations.
- Maintaining TCPA-compliant consent and honoring state and federal DNC lists.
- Completing 10DLC registration and following carrier messaging rules.
- Recording calls per CMS requirements and retaining records per regulation.
- Submitting marketing material for carrier and CMS review where required.
- Maintaining all state licenses, AHIP, and carrier certifications.
5. No Affiliation With CMS or Medicare
GoAEP and Lync, LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal Medicare program, or any government agency. References to CMS, Medicare, AEP, OEP, MCMG, NIPR, NAIC, and similar terms are for educational reference only.
6. No Earnings or Outcome Guarantees
Any examples of lead volume, retention rates, AEP production, or ROI shown on GoAEP are illustrative. Your results will vary based on market, licensing, carrier mix, effort, compliance posture, and many other factors. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome.

11. CMS Marketing-Rules Scope
GoAEP is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or the federal Medicare program. Educational content on GoAEP is written to be consistent with the CMS Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG) and 42 CFR Part 422 Subpart V as of the last review date shown on each item. CMS guidance changes; you are responsible for verifying the current rule before you rely on any lesson, script, or scenario.
12. Not Marketing Material to Beneficiaries
Every page, download, script, drill, and generated report on GoAEP is intended for licensed insurance professionals. Nothing on GoAEP is intended for distribution to Medicare beneficiaries or use as consumer-facing advertising, and no content on GoAEP should be forwarded, reproduced, or presented to a beneficiary without your own carrier and CMS review.
