1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use related technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags. Together we refer to these as "cookies."
2. Categories We Use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function — authenticating staff sessions, remembering which lesson you opened, securing form submissions (CSRF), and routing.
Preferences
Remember choices such as your checklist progress within a lesson and theme preferences.
Analytics
Help us understand which lessons, downloads, and tools are most useful so we can improve the Resource Center. We use aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics.
Third-party
Embedded resources (e.g., video players, Lync product surfaces) may set their own cookies governed by their providers' policies.
3. Your Choices
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
- Do Not Track. We do not respond to DNT signals at this time, since there is no industry standard for them.
- Email tracking. Transactional emails may include open/click pixels for delivery diagnostics. You can opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message.
4. Changes
We will update this Cookies Policy as our tooling changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new Effective date.
