Subject: Your Medicare roadmap — what to expect

Hi {{client_first}},

Great talking earlier. As promised, here's the simple roadmap so nothing sneaks up on you:

  1. ~90 days before your 65th birthday — Initial Enrollment Period opens. This is your window for Part A and B.
  2. We'll decide together: Original Medicare + Supplement (Medigap) + Part D, OR a Medicare Advantage plan.
  3. I'll pull the actual plans in your ZIP, with your doctors and prescriptions plugged in.
  4. Once you decide, I handle the paperwork. Coverage starts the first day of your birthday month.

No homework needed before our appointment. Just bring a list of your prescriptions and the doctors you want to keep.
