Subject: Your {{plan_year}} Medicare check-in — 20 minutes
Hi {{client_first}},
It's that time of year. {{plan_year}} Medicare plan details are out, and I want to make sure yours is still the right fit for you — same as we did last year.
Two options on my calendar that might work:
• Tuesday at 10:00 AM
• Thursday at 2:30 PM
If neither works, just reply with a day and time and I'll make it happen. The call takes about 20 minutes. If your current plan is still best, that's what I'll tell you.
Talk soon,
