Email — AEP review invitation

One subject line, one ask, two date options.

Why this works

Choice architecture. Two specific times convert better than 'when works for you?'

When to use

October 1 – November 15. Permissioned existing clients.

Touch 3 of the 7-touch AEP sequence (day 5).

Script
Subject: Your {{plan_year}} Medicare check-in — 20 minutes

Hi {{client_first}},

It's that time of year. {{plan_year}} Medicare plan details are out, and I want to make sure yours is still the right fit for you — same as we did last year.

Two options on my calendar that might work:
  • Tuesday at 10:00 AM
  • Thursday at 2:30 PM

If neither works, just reply with a day and time and I'll make it happen. The call takes about 20 minutes. If your current plan is still best, that's what I'll tell you.

Talk soon,
{{agent_name}}
{{agency}}

Placeholders to replace

  • {{client_first}}Client's first name
  • {{agent_name}}Your full name
  • {{agency}}Your agency or DBA
  • {{plan_year}}Current plan year (e.g. 2026)
Compliance notes
  • Required disclaimer when not representing all plans in the area: 'We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent [#] organizations which offer [#] products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local SHIP to get information on all of your options.'

Inspiration & starting point only. Verify against your carrier, state, and current CMS rules before use. See our disclaimers.
